1. Mera Agreement Acceptance
By accessing meraeurope.in or using our automated migration assessment services, you unconditionally accept these Terms of Service (“Mera Agreement”). If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately cease all use of our services.
These Terms apply to all users worldwide, including but not limited to residents of India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, and all other countries.
PAYMENT CONSTITUTES ACCEPTANCE:
By completing any payment (€49 or €129), you automatically and irrevocably accept all terms and conditions without exception.
2. MERA NO REFUNDS POLICY
ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES
ALL SALES ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE
No Refunds For Any Reason Including:
- Dissatisfaction with PDF content or recommendations
- Changed personal circumstances or plans
- Visa application rejections or failures
- Technical issues with your devices or internet
- Inability to understand or implement recommendations
- Changes in immigration laws or policies
- Delivery delays due to system processing
- Duplicate purchases or accidental payments
- Currency fluctuations or exchange rate changes
- Any other reason whatsoever
Premium Payment Processing:
Once premium payment (€49 for Phase 1, €129 for Phase 2) is processed through Stripe, the transaction is complete and irreversible. Chargeback attempts may result in legal action.
