PAYMENT CONSTITUTES ACCEPTANCE:

By completing any payment (€49 or €129), you automatically and irrevocably accept all terms and conditions without exception.

2. MERA NO REFUNDS POLICY

ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES

ALL SALES ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE

No Refunds For Any Reason Including:

  • Dissatisfaction with PDF content or recommendations
  • Changed personal circumstances or plans
  • Visa application rejections or failures
  • Technical issues with your devices or internet
  • Inability to understand or implement recommendations
  • Changes in immigration laws or policies
  • Delivery delays due to system processing
  • Duplicate purchases or accidental payments

Premium Payment Processing:

Once premium payment (€49 for Phase 1, €129 for Phase 2) is processed through Stripe, the transaction is complete and irreversible. Chargeback attempts may result in legal action.
